Thank You For Your Ongoing Support!

Your continued support for the John H. Smyth Scholarship means that we can continue to promote passion, academics, and excellent character amongst graduating Masterman seniors. We’d like to reiterate our gratefulness for your continued support of the fund and to assure you that your donations truly make a difference in the lives of our deserving recipients. Since 2006, we have awarded annual $5,000 grants to recipients for a total of $60,000 in total donations.

Additionally, we’d like to thank the Philadelphia Phillies for their enormous ongoing support of the Fund. The 50/50 Drawing “Night at the Phillies” fundraising collaboration with Phillies Charities was a rousing success that raised funds for much-needed updates to Masterman High’s facilities. Most recently, we were able to donate funds to provide filtered water fountains throughout the school. The fund also provided for a complete renovation of the building’s rooftop playground structures.

We’re fully dedicated to continuing to support Masterman High and its consistently impressive student body. Watch this space for updated information on fundraising initiatives, events, and our annual scholarship.
